2023 Awards - Graduate Student Scholarship (Taylor Linder)

We're continuing to celebrate our award winners! Please join us in congratulating these well-deserving students and professionals

Student Awards: This is the second year the Board has asked students to nominate themselves by applying for a scholarship and demonstrating why they were deserving. We awarded two undergraduate and two graduate students this year.

Taylor Linder is our graduate student scholarship recipient from the University of North Dakota. Taylor is a 3rd year PhD student studying grassland songbird use and breeding success to different grazing regimes in North Dakota. As a student in the UND program, Taylor has been an outstanding mentor to undergraduates and technicians. Futher, Taylor is really interested in partnerships among conservation organizations as well as landowners, and the roles they play in successful conservation.
