NDCTWS Member Selected for TWS Leadership Institute - Hanna Edens

On June 10, 2022, The Wildlife Society (TWS) officially announced the Leadership Institute Class of 2022.

Leadership Institute participants are selected from a competitive pool of applicants by a committee of TWS members and staff based on that individual’s demonstration of leadership capability or potential, commitment to and involvement with TWS and the wildlife profession, and their potential to contribute to the growth and development of the group as a whole.

One face might stand out as recognizable from this year’s class… Hanna (Karevold) Edens (NDCTWS Secretay) was selected as 1 of 10 early career wildlife professionals to participate in the 2022 Leadership Institute.

Hanna, alongside her cohort, will participate in various activities and build mentoring relationships that prepare them for leadership positions both in the workplace and within TWS.

The Institute will culminate at TWS’ 29th Annual Conference in Spokane, Washington where Hanna will have the opportunity to interact and work with TWS Council and Staff.
