NEON Data Workshop
Join us Tuesday, February 6th from 2-4 PM CST for an in-person workshop entitled “NEON Data” presented by Andrea Anteau, Domain 09 Manager at NEON. Participants will be led through the NEON website and NEON data portal to learn about NEON’s online educational resources and how to download data. Participants will learn to use the neonUtilities R package to transform NEON data into a format that is easier to work with, how to use provided metadata to understand data contents, and how to download data directly into R.
This workshop will require participants to bring a laptop.
Participant emails are collected for the distribution of software and data download instructions. Please join us from 12-1:30 PM CST for setup help prior to the start of the workshop.
